Firm Foam: Stays solid underfoot, so the steps get trusted

Small, Even Rises: One jump becomes a few easy steps

Zip-Off Cover: Comes off for the machine

Light to Carry: Moves from the bedroom to the couch

Description

Steps for a dog who still wants the couch but has stopped jumping onto it. The pause at the edge, the look up at you, the heavy landing on the way down.

The foam is firm on purpose. A step that squishes or shifts underfoot teaches a dog not to trust it, and a step that isn't trusted doesn't get used. The cover unzips for the wash, and they're light enough to follow you from the bedroom to the living room.

Care Instructions

Unzip the cover and machine wash it. Air dry rather than tumble, so it slides back over the foam. The foam core stays out of the wash; spot-clean it if needed.

Product FAQs
Will my dog sink into the foam?
No. The foam is firm and dense, chosen so paws stay on top rather than sinking in. Stable footing is the whole point: a step that squishes underfoot teaches a dog not to trust it.
Will the steps slide on hard floors?
They're lightweight, so placement matters: set them flush against the couch or bed, and on smooth floors a rug underneath helps keep them planted.
How do I get my dog to use them?
Gradually. Put the steps where your dog already jumps up, reward each paw on the first step, and keep sessions short. Most dogs figure it out quickly once they trust the footing.
