Welcome to Zenior Dog. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zeniordog.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Zenior Dog is an online store offering products selected for senior dogs. You can reach us any time through our contact page.

2. Not veterinary advice

Content on the Site — product descriptions, guides, FAQs — is research-informed general information about products and their everyday use. It is not veterinary advice and is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Our products are designed for everyday comfort and usefulness; they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. For health concerns about your dog, please consult your veterinarian.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract, and that you will use the Site only for lawful purposes.

4. Products and accuracy

We work to describe every product honestly and accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free. Colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen. We may change, limit, or discontinue any product at any time. If a product you receive is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Refund Policy.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel affected orders and refund any amount charged; we'll notify you if that happens.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.
