Care Instructions

Unzip the cover and machine wash it. Air dry rather than tumble, so it slides back over the foam. The foam core stays out of the wash; spot-clean it if needed.

Will the steps slide on hard floors?

They're lightweight, so placement matters: set them flush against the couch or bed, and on smooth floors a rug underneath helps keep them planted.

How do I get my dog to use them?

Gradually. Put the steps where your dog already jumps up, reward each paw on the first step, and keep sessions short. Most dogs figure it out quickly once they trust the footing.
