Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they haven't been used, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Do I need liners if I already have the band?

Liners are the workhorse of the system: the disposable layer absorbs and gets tossed, so the band stays cleaner and needs washing less often. On heavier days, they add capacity the band alone doesn't have.

Will they fit the band or diaper I already have?

They're made to fit most belly bands, wraps, and diapers, including ours. If yours is unusually narrow or wide, compare the liner size options before ordering.

How do they stay in place?

The band or diaper itself holds the liner against the body, so lay the liner inside before fastening.

My dog's accidents are new. Should I be worried?

If accidents are new or sudden, a vet visit is the right first step, since a change like that is worth ruling out medically before treating it as routine.
