Description

A sling that goes under the hindquarters with a padded handle on top, for the moments an older dog needs a hand. The stairs, the step into the car, the first attempt at getting up off the floor.

The handle sits where the help is actually needed, so your lift works with your dog's movement instead of hauling against it. The straps are wide and padded, and the fit adjusts to stay snug as your dog moves.

Care Instructions

Spot-clean the straps and pad with mild soap and water, and let it air dry fully before the next use. Check the stitching and the handle now and then, since this is the piece that takes your dog's weight.

Product FAQs

Is this a medical or rehabilitation device?
No. It's designed for everyday steadying support: stairs, curbs, getting into the car, getting up. Recovering from an injury or managing a condition? Ask your veterinarian what's appropriate first.
Can my dog wear it all day?
It's designed for assist moments, not continuous wear. Put it on for the stairs or the car, and take it off afterward. The wide, padded straps keep it comfortable while it's working, but it isn't built to be lived in.
Will the straps dig in when I lift?
Straps digging in is the most common complaint with lift slings generally, and the reason this one uses soft, wide, padded straps: the width spreads your dog's weight across a larger area, so no single strap bears it all.
How is this different from the No-Pull Walking Harness?
This one is for lifting help: a padded handle over the hindquarters so you can steady your dog through specific moments. The walking harness is for walk-time control, with a top handle for light steadying. If your dog mainly needs help on stairs, into the car, or getting up, this is the one.
